The United States has a Presidential System of government. The president will serve 4 years. The congress is divided into two parties, but it really does not matter how many divisions there are. The congress seldom votes according to party lines. There is no place for a vote of no confidence. While congress could remove a president, it has never done so. Instead, they helped labor unions get established. At that point union members became good capitalists and wanted their businesses to prosper and not be taken over by the government. They believed the government would run the businesses into the ground.
