yes. all "S" series gm trucks have used shocks on all four corner for the entire time they were produced.
Yes. They're both Gen 2 S10s.
The bolt pattern for all 2wd S10s and Blazers of all years is:5x4.75 or 5x120.65 in metric.
They are most commonly used on Chevy s10s with the 4.3 Vortec motor. It has the same thread pattern as the Napa 1040 but is a bigger filter.
Depends on what you want, and how much work you're able and willing to put into it. I've seen the 6.0 swapped into S10s, I've seen the 4BT Cummins and 5.2 Isuzu V6 used for diesel swaps, I've even seen the 6.5 LB7 diesel dropped into first gen S10s and Blazers.
I don't know what you mean by "W" S10, but the bumper will fit all second generation chevy S10s. The second generations production ran from 1994-2004.
On them model s10s there is no fuel cut off switch, maybe try checking the fuel pump relays and or make sure that the pump is getting power
Check the Chevy S10s crankshaft position sensor. The sensor is located low on the engine, and the snow could have gotten the connection damp. The engine will not start when the sensor does not operate.
I've seen swaps in S10s and Blazers done with the 5.0, the 5.3, the 5.7, the 6.0, and even the 6.5 diesel (but this truck was running on 1 ton axles). None of them are "plug and play" swaps, but they can be done.

No, all S10 production for the whole of North America ended in 2005. The Gen 2 S10 remained in production in Brazil until 2012, but the "S10s" made their since are actually the Colorado with some different body panels.
Some wiring harnesses and other electrical might be a bit different but the 4.3L V6 dimensionally will fit. That engine was uses the S10s for a number of years up until the last model it was discontinued in 2005.
There is no timing belt on any S10 or Sonama or Blazers or Jimmys, No matter if you got a 2.2 or 4.3 even some of the older s10s that had a 2.8 in them never had a belt. Its a timing chain. The timing chains you shouldn't have to worry about... Thats if you maintance your vehicle and drive properly.
