Well, there might be certain tendencies that you could find if you did a big study on it, but I doubt there are consistent differences. Poker players, to be able to win, have to be "unreadable," so that no one can predict what they will do in a certain situation or when they will bluff. So, even if a European would normally, say... be less likely to bluff... (which I am just using as an example... I have no idea if it is true), he would have to change his style occasionally, just to be able to compete. Additionally, since most of competitive poker (between tournaments) is now online, people have a place to learn to play that isn't biased towards any one country (except perhaps in monetary units), so if there are differences, they are likely getting slighter rather than more pronounced.
