95 Chrysler cirrus has a fuel shut off relay located under hood in box with other relay and fuses
there r 2 fuse boxes 1 under the hood and the other on the side of the dash when you open the drivers sidedoor
The "bus" is the system that the computers on the car use to communicate with each other. "no bus" means that something has happened to cause a failure in the system.
You either get it to a shop, or try and do it yourself, and if you do, look at the other side of the car to look at the formation of the metal. (Don't do it yourself with a hammer....)

i'm answering my own question. my haynes book said 3 which confused me. there are only 2. 1 is right past the cat. and the other is behind the intake manifold and is a pain to reach.
The TCM and the ECM are located next to each other just to the left of the air filter box under the hood. The ECM has two connectors on top and is very easy to remove with just two screws.
