If you are identified as an American Indian or Alaskan Native, then you will more than likely seek healthcare services via the Indian Health Service (IHS) which is an agency within the HHS (Department of Health and Human Services). You can have private health insurance, but I believe that the IHS will always be considered/filed primary and then the other insurance secondary if there is a remaining balance.

They pay premiums for their health insurance, as do other Federal Employees.
The true benefit of employee health insurance is that you usually do not have to pay for the insurance. But, if you do have to pay, it is only a small percentage.
Ask your Health Insurance Provider
Health care in England is paid for by Taxes. Most Americans would baulk at the taxes that Brits pay.CommentActually, we pay less for our National Health Service, through our taxes, than most Americans pay for their health insurance cover. So the cost is not an valid reason for not having a universal health care.
No
Yes the employer can pay the health insurance but is not required to by law. He is encouraged to for bettering the employees benefits.
People pay health insurance to fight against skyrocketting medical expenses and medicine cost.
Health insurance will not pay for this type of procedure. The procedure is elective and therefore it will not be covered by health insurance. I know some people who have had it and they always had to pay for it themselves.
Yes, but Obama has created this as a loophole to please insurance companies while still allowing people to have government health care. The "fine" for not having health insurance (and therefore having government health care instead) is only $300 per year, which is MUCH less than Americans pay for health insurance. It's the same as putting in a $300 a year tax increase to pay for health care, but he didn't call it that to trick the insurance companies into supporting it!! Haha, smart guy!!
yes they do have to pay health insurances
no
Yes, you can get individual health insurance but you may have to pay more for it.
