I do not think there are any term limits on the Russian President and he serves for 6 years per term. It is much harder to get on the ballot in Russia, even if they are counted fairly. The Russian president seems to have more control of spending. All of this tends to give the Russian more power. I do not know exactly what legal power he has. There is also a prime minister.
idk y da us president has more power dan da Russians look it up on Google lolz. . . . . . =}

One way that American presidents have not used executive orders is to declare war. According to the Constitution, the power to declare war is exclusively given to Congress, not to the President.

Yes- the president has the power to pardon people for federal crimes.
In order to remove presidents that abused their power, Congress was given the power of impeachment. The House of Representatives votes to impeach a president. Once the vote has passed, the president is tried by the Senate. If the president is found guilty by the Senate, he or she is removed from office. Presidents can be impeached for committing treason, high crimes and misdemeanors, or accepting bribes.
It is important because the president needs loyal subordinates that support the policies of the presidents administration.
judicial power
The right to vote. The president didn't think that the militia was very gratified.
