If you mean do any Subarus have an automatic transmission, then the answer is yes - all models are available with automatic transmissions.
There a no dipsticks on vw transmissions. They are sealed units.
City of Subarus was created in 1998.
It may not have one. Some GM transmissions are sealed for life.

It may not have a place. Some GM transmissions are sealed for life. You add fluid the same place you check it. If there is no place to check it, then it is sealed.
Most local US dealerships that sell Subarus (whether or not the dealership itself exclusively sells Subarus) all offer insurance for Subarus. General insurance for automobiles, including Subarus, is also offered by places such as AAA, AMA, and State Farm.
If you have a tdi jetta then you would have a sealed transmission, so you can not check the fluid level on those transmissions
A lot of newer transmissions do not have dipsticks or fill tubes (I don't know of a transmission with an overflow tube). The transmissions are considered sealed units and are not serviceable...at least not by you or me. Talk to your dealer.
In 2003 I believe that they still recommended Dexron III for automatic transmissions. Check your owner's manual. Newer Subarus (2005 and up) use a special fluid that is generally only available from Subaru.
