To even be considered anorexic, one must have a BMI of less than 18. Once your BMI is that low, it it hard to drop weight as quickly as someone at a normal or overweight BMI. There are many other types of EDs, though, which can make you both loose or gain weight very quickly.

It completely depends on the individual. I know of people diagnosed with AN who have lost weight relatively slowly over a long period of time, and others who have dropped significant amounts of weight in a very short space of time. I myself have experienced many different rates of weight loss at different stages of my illness, dependant on many different factors, including metabolism, intake, mental health, medication etc.
Anorexia in general is a very unhealthy way to lose weight, for your body and mental health and it messes up your metabolism. That said: Most people with anorexia do manage to lose weight because they have a very high goal. If you have a goal to lose 5 pounds you will probably lost 3. Where as if you have a goal to lose 25 you have lose 15. People with anorexia see even a healthy skinny as fat so they are going to end up continuing to push themselves until they are unhealthily skinny. So my advice, don't totally give up food. but eat some lettuce and celery and grapefruit, spinach and beans as they all help burn calories when you eat them. So your metabolism stays up and you will burn more weight off. Okay good luck. Try not to be unhealthy, but you will be hungry. so don't binge or all is for naught.
An anorexic will nto put on weight any faster than a regular person would. It may seem that they gain weight faster, but that is only due to the fact that their body is in a pattern of starvation, so it will try to store any extra food that it can. As soon as a healthy state is reached, weight gain will continue as it would normally for a person.
No, not for about three days i don't think.
Varies from person to person.
They can be bulimic but not anorexic. Actually, a person can certainly be mentally anorexic regardless of their weight. I believe that weight or BMI should not be so important when diagnosing anorexia. Anyone can be psychologically anorexic.
no, but some drugs do induce weight loss.
Too much. Enough that you can die--like my friend.
People Become Anorexic At Young Ages Because They Get Bullied At School ( E.g called fat ) So They Look At Themselfs And Call Themselfs Fat And Then They Disied To Loose Some Weight But They Still Found Themselfs Imperfect So They Keep Going ... :) Hoped I Answerd Your Question
You become Anorexic and can lead to your death. You can become loss weight and just feel to week 😵
Anorexic people have aversions to food because they think they are "fat" of over-weight. Some will drink coffee without cream or sugar.
just eat.
no if you think you weight is too much you need to do more exercise or go on a diet. you don't have to go and starve yourself. u dont have to become anorexic models work out. I am sure not all of them are like that. Besides there are some models who are over weight u dont always have to be skinny
Impossible, actually. Once you're anorexic you are going to keep losing weight, until you are the most anorexic you can be, and then you'll eventually die. Why would you want to be anorexic without losing weight? Isn't that the whole POINT of anorexia?
They are self conscious about their weight, and they will do anything to lose the weight. Anorexia is dangerous and people have even died of it.
Anorexic people do not weigh all the same, obviously. It depends on their build and height.
