Why are many Christians atheists?
Christians believe in an all-powerful divine being. Therefore, by definition a Christian cannot be an atheist.

Generally, No. There certainly have been terrorists who do not believe in God, e.g. are Atheists. However, the vast majority of Atheists are not terrorists and there are fewer Atheist terrorists per capita than any other religious group. Atheists in the United States are slandered as terrorists and similar by religious people who may feel threatened by them or find their lack of belief repellent. This is simply name-calling and does not change the reality of whether Atheists commit acts of terror.
Do atheists have the last laugh since Christians will have to live with atheists in heaven since they have to forgive atheists or be condemned to hell?
That isn't how it works. Christians do not forgive atheists into heaven. Besides, Christians are to forgive everyone who does wrong against them. And your just being an atheist is not doing something against a Christian. It is your heavenly Father who will forgive you. But, only if you ask Him to. And, you should learn about God, and the great sacrifice He made for you by sending His only Son to earth to die for your sins. When you repent, all your sins will be forgiven by God. Whether or not you believe in God, He loves you, and He knows you. There will be no atheists in heaven. Eternal live is given only to those who believe. You have to believe that God exists and He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Atheists will be condemned for their unbelief and be receive everlasting death.

When Christians understand why atheists don't believe in *those* gods, they can usually also understand why atheists don't believe in the Christian god. The arguments are exactly the same, after all.

We don't, to an atheist a devil is just as fantastical idea as any god.)And atheists are currently estimated to be the largest minority in the USA, at about 21% of the population, however, it is hard to know for sure.Other than that, atheists are not all the same. We are atheists for different reasons, from different backgrounds, with all kinds of personalities, from all walks of life. We do not subscribe to any 1 common belief system/doctrine, etc. We are not 'organized'.Usually, atheists tend to enjoy and appreciate science, but this is not true in all cases. Usually, atheists tend to have their own inner moral compasses to decide right from wrong. Most of us tend to be rational thinkers.
