There are no studies that demonstrate that breast implants (or other implantable devices) cause cancer. This has been looked at extensively. There is a rat model, demonstrating cancer can be caused by implants, however.

Not at all. Breast implants do not affect the likelyhood of you getting cancer, however it does make Breast cancer detection more difficult. The mammo machine cant compress the breast nearly as much as it would without the implant (sounds less painful) but the compression is needed for a good film.

Do girls that have bigger breast get breast cancer easyer then girls with smaller breast?

No. Whether a woman develops breast cancer or not is largely hereditary. Women whose mother or grandmother has had breast cancer are more at risk. Other factors like UV exposure can increase your risk.

Can anyone with silicon breast get breast cancer?

Yes, individuals with silicone breast implants can still develop breast cancer. Silicone breast implants are not known to increase the risk of breast cancer, but they do not provide immunity against the disease either. Breast cancer can occur in the breast tissue surrounding the implant, just as it can occur in natural breast tissue. It's important for individuals with breast implants to continue practicing breast self-exams, undergo regular clinical breast examinations, and follow recommended breast cancer screening guidelines, including mammograms if applicable. Any changes in the breasts, such as new lumps, changes in breast size or shape, nipple discharge, or skin changes, should be promptly evaluated by a healthcare provider, regardless of whether silicone implants are present. Early detection and treatment of breast cancer offer the best chance for successful outcomes.

Can a mammogram rupture breast implants?

An FDA study has suggested that the risk of breast implant rupture can be exacerbated by mammography. Having a mammogram may increase the risk of a rupture earlier in the lifespan of implants, and also the squeezing involved in mammography most likely increases the risk of leakage in implants that are already ruptured. The potential risk of rupture or leakage needs to be carefully weighed against the benefits of mammography by each individual woman.

Can alcohol cause cancer?

Alcohol consumption has been seen to increase the risk of breast cancer. Drinking alcohol, especially along with smoking, increases the risk of cancers of the mouth, esophagus, pharynx, larynx and liver in men, and of breast cancer in women, according to the National Cancer Institute. Fortunately, except for breast cancer, these cancers are all rare. Moderate consumption doesn't increase the risk of the most common cancers, except for breast cancer, as listed by the National Cancer Institute alphabetically: • Bladder Cancer • Breast Cancer • Colon and Rectal Cancer • Endometrial Cancer • Kidney Cancer (Renal Cell) • Leukemia • Lung Cancer • Melanoma • Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma • Ovarian Cancer • Prostate Cancer • Skin Cancer (Non-Melanoma) 1 Of these 12 most common caners, the risk of two (kidney cancer and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma) are reduced by consuming alcohol.

The hormones estrogen and progesterone will increase your risks of breast cancer if there is more exposure than necessary.
