Yes, cats do like feet, there are many reasons as to why they love feet so much:
1. Your feet are one of the warmest part of the body and we all know that cats like warmth!
2. When your feet get warm throughout the day, they sweat. Sweat has a salty taste and cats love the taste of salt.
3. Cats have an amazing sense of smell, they are able to pick up the scent of many of the places that you have been to in the day. This makes them feel more comfortable in your presence knowing where you have been.
4. Some cats may just like rubbing their heads or bodies on the feet as it may help to scratch them.
5. And last but not least, if you are wearing shoes with laces on, most cats do experience playful moods and may find it playful to play with your laces.
6. Cats like to be close to the ones they love and the ones who care for them and feed them, so if you think about it, your feet are the closest part to your cat if you are standing or walking.
If you leave your shoes where your cat can get to them, they often like these as much as they like your feet as of the same reasons as above. Your cat may scratch your shoes, sit in them, play with them or lick them. Whatever your cat does with your shoes, and even if they are obsessed with your feet ... IT IS ALL TOTALLY NORMAL.

Most domestic cats are about 1.3 feet tall. However tigers are cats too and they are about 4 feet tall.
Some people do, but it is an experiment that would be disastorous if those particular cats did not like the mice!
