The mother will often scoop their young up and carry then in their mouth to water. But croc mothers generally don't eat their own offspring, so no swallowing.
However, crocs are predators, and will pretty much hunt anything that's smaller than themselves. So a fair amount of baby crocs get eaten by other crocs.
