Hi, I just had to answer this question. I own a company that goes door to door for several different clients... some more profitable than others. The short answer is yes, depending on the rep and the product or service. I have reps that regularily clear $1000/us weekly. As for my management team, they clear about $2000/weekly, the average ones. It's mentally challenging work but you learn a lot and the financial rewards are there. Just work for a company with integrity.
The answer to that is simple. Most sales people are commission driven and if they don't feel they will make enough money from you, they treat you badly. Also, sales people are usally desparate to make a sale, so they will lie, cheat and steal to make a buck. This is just a small % of sales people, most sales people are ethical, upstanding people. Not all sales people are rogues.
Door-to-door sales have had a recent resurgence due to several factors. One is that because of the "Do Not Call Registry" that blocks many telemarketers from calling millions of people, marketers are returning to old-fashioned door-to-door or "field" sales in an attempt to reach people. Other factors include the fact that many consumers are immune to unsolicited emails or other marketing tactics and that it can be difficult to make people visit a company's website.
If you have a choice - the Party plan is best. You'll have people who are in the mood to buy something. They know you'll be selling something so there's no surprises. Most Party Plans give the hostess a gift or a discount for how much money the sales bring in. The "friends" of the hostess will feel guilty if they don't buy stuff. You can make pretty good money with the Party Plan. The people at the party can also set up an appointment with you to host their own party, so it gives you more opportunites to sell more stuff. Door-to-door selling isn't as profitable. Most people will shut the door before you get to say very much. Some people will let you in and listen to you - but, they might have just been lonely and later they won't buy. So, you've wasted a half hour or more and didn't make a sale.
their shoes because they make cost like 20 dollars per pair of shoes. The reason they make it $20 is they spend $150 per pair of shoes to make them. Secondly they want money to make more shoes and they have to use money from their t-shirt, shirt, and shorts sales to help make their shoes to sell so their lucky to be in business and don't go bankrupt. That is why they have their shoe sales their best sales.
Not sure what you are looking for because making money anywhere be it online or off line involves some type of sales (products or services). Your sales will be of your own products/services, or of some one else products/services. If you do not have your own stuff then your sales involves some ones else stuff witch means in fact that you are an affiliate who get paid a commission for sales. But don't fret. There is a system that involves no sales but you must remember you will still have to market what ever it is you are doing to make money online unless you are looking for a job instead of a business.
yes i know some who make over 2000 a week but i also know some who only make 200.

The amount of money that a furniture sales person makes depends on the company and level of expertise. Bigger companies pay sales people more.

By cinema ticket sales, DVD/video sales and merchandise sales! :)
Ticket sales by far!
I guess it varies on how many people buy your cakes and how much you sell them for.
Album sales.
Lower league teams make most of their money from selling tickets, some from their sponsor and very little from merchandising sales. Mid-level league teams make a balance between ticket sales and sponsor money, and some (but still a small percentage) from merchandising sales. Top teams make most of their money from merchandising sales, some from sponsors and a very small percentage from ticket sales.
Owner sales can sometimes make more money than garage sales, but this is all dependent on many things like items for sale, where the sale is held and amount of buyers.
