Yes they can. My buddy took about 4 HBWR seeds and he was tripping' balls. I have even heard of instances of where someone has taken 15 HBWR seeds. But for your first time i suggest taking 5. You wont know how you react.
Overall, i just suggest taking LSD (Acid) if you can get your hands on it. Extremely illegal though.
