its amazing i only use it maby 2 times a week and it already works and its fun but remember anything will work if u are dedicated to it =)
6 pack abs can be easier for males to get than females. U have to do some real ripped work out if you want your abs to look nice. eat healthy foods that go with your work outs. Make a schedule. I use to do hip hop abs that's also a good exercising DVD. Work out at least 4 days a week and see your results withing 2-3 months. Do upper body workouts
I think something called a shake a weight is good for hip hop abs. Its has something for men and women. So, it must work very well for that desired goal.
No, but if you did it 5 times spread throughout the day it might. I personally like hip hop abs, The music may not be as great as they say, but Sean T is a really great trainer, He really motivates you. So i would recommend Doing the two longer videos, switch everyday.Good luck!
