There is no single reason why husbands cheat on their wives:

- Sometimes, a spouse can make it so difficult for you to leave, that you just stay.
- Some men do not take marriage seriously and have no reservations about cheating on their wives.

But many men cheat just because they are selfish and self-centered, not caring how it will affect their wives or children.
