No, as lions live in the Savanna in Africa and tigers live in India in Asia, If a tiger were to live in the wild in Africa it would probably die of dehydration as tigers need more water than lions, And if a lion were to live in the wild in Asia it would probably die of hypothermia as lions need more heat then tigers.

I'm not sure that the above is strictly true. There are some lions in the India and, I believe, Pakistan. I am not sure whether their areas overlap. Historically, before the effects of humans, their territories did overlap.

No because they do not inhabit the same continents and would never meet. Most of the time lions and tigers live in totally different areas of each other. AA tiger will probably stay away from a lion because lions live in prides and a tiger doesn't. However if there was a stray lion without a pride for protection and meets a tiger they will both start to fight mainly because of territory or food.
