I didn't, and most of my friends didn't, and I think we were better off that way. We had friends that were girls, and friends that were boys, but it was platonic. That was in the late 80's in California; things may or may not have changed. - im in year 11 currently and i now many girls that are single.

It depends on their age. Kindergarten boys and girls love to be with each other, but the time most of them are in high school, they're avoiding each other in fear that they might be called "boyfriends and girlfriends" or a "couple".

While there is no actual list, I can tell you which girls want boyfriends; girls who do not already have boyfriends or husbands, and who are heterosexual, in most cases would want to have a boyfriend (but not necessarily you; girls are generally particular about what kind of boys they want to be their boyfriends). Relatively few women have given up on men entirely.
The only reasons are their parents don't let them or there's a school rule prohibiting it, because most high school girls and a lot of junior high girls wear it.
between going from primary school to high school(11-13)

The most difficult age for teenage girls would have to be 13. It is a horrible age, with starting high school and puberty.
