It just happened to me about 20 seconds ago. haha. and you can tell it fell off... but i brush my teeth pretty hard because i have ceramics and they turn yellow if you don't brush them good enough. But don't worry about it. just call the ortho if this happens. that's what im going to do tomorrow.
To keep your teeth together The tension in the rubber band keeps a constant pull on the bracket it is attached to. Most times these rubber bands are only needed for serious overhaul on teeth and are only used in extreme cases. Most people who need this device are from ages 7-13
Braces are a band of metal that raps around your teeth and eventually make them straighter. You go once every month, they tighten them and you pick a new color. Don't worry braces don't hurt that bad, but you need to be careful with them and make sure you brush your teeth after every meal or snack because you could get yellow teeth when they take them off, puffy gums and food stuck in your braces! So when you get braces you just need to make sure you are careful to brush all the time.
None of them had surgery on their teeth. However, Niall Horan, a band member, got braces because his teeth were crooked. He recently got them off and his teeth are now straight!
You grab a brush and pull back your hair and then tie it with a hair tie or rubber band.
It depends on the rubber band if is a small rubber band then it will go about 20'and if it is an bigger rubber band then it will go about 35' but it depends on the rubber band and the way you shoot the rubber band
It depends on if your braces require a metal band or not on the back teeth. I didn't get them at first, but my back brackets kept falling off, so they put spacers in and a week later they put in metal bands. It really depends on the orthodontist.
the orthodonstist put a blue rubber band at the tip of a tool that looked like scissors (but it wasn't scissors) and stuck the band inbetween my teeth the only pain was the pressure on my gums and the annoying feel of stuff inbetween my teeth. but if they have trouble putting in the rubber band, they attach it to floss, and floss in the rubber band then they remove the floss. it doesnt hurt until like an hour or so and then it gets to hurt bad so i took ibuprofen and the pain went away.
you can get the colors on when you get the bracets on. The colors are actutally rubber band strands that get placed on the bracets. that's actually how they tighten braces is by cutting the colored bands that are on the bracets. they get swicthed every visit.
Yes, you can put any color rubber bands (if you are talking about the ones that fix your bite) on Damon clears, because they come out for meals and stuff. :)
You'll need A metal paper clip earing backs a silly band or rubber band and scissors 1st: Unfold the paperclip into a U shape to fit your mouth 2nd: Assemble the earing backs to your teeth only about 4 3rd: cut the silly or rubber band in half 4th: Then thread the band through the loops 5th:enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!
a rubber band is organic
I bet you won't be surprised when I tell you that eating rubberbands isn not good. However, the guys who designed your braces have taken this possibility into account, and the rubberbands you buy for braces are hypoallergenic and generally benign, even if they aren't tasty :} Don't worry about it. You'll be fine and this too shall pass (pun very much intended :} ).
