Yes they do ! The European Adder, for example, has a greatly varied diet. As well as frogs - they'll eat other amphibians, such as newts, and salamanders. They will also eat birds, small mammals, such as mice, voles, and shrews, as well as lizards.

Yes, because their mouths are large enough to fit a frog in, however it depends on the type of snake.
