Depends on what you do with them i guess. I wouldn't say they work 'well' to lose weight, they are generally used more for toning exercises. But using one will make you lose more weight than doing nothing!!
well it doesn't really matter on their gender it matters more about their weight.
I would do lunges and squats to make my legs look bigger (ie more muscular and toned), not necessarily thinner. Your legs don't really lose fat weight unless you lose weight. If you want to lose muscle weight, well, don't exercise them and eat less I guess.
well looked in new questions look what I get. Well ok, try the Nitra thing or whatever
Well the goal of weight loss is to eat less and not to go over a certain amount of calories each day otherwise you won't lose weight. Usually that number is either 1200 or 1500 calories. However if you know what foods work in combination for you to lose weight you can just stick with that.
Perhaps it does, but it has alot of protein in it so it will help you build muscle really well. I think it does help you lose weight though, because the word svelte is swedish for thin. I drink them and have a crazy six pack!
well, try to lose weight normally and train your muscles because muscles add weight
Well, first you lose whatever muscle you have, so you're REALLY flabby. Then, after awhile, you're body will slowy eat the fat until you die.
well you shouldn't really be thinking bout that but more healthy food and more exercise well you shouldn't really be thinking bout that but more healthy food and more exercise
Weight watchers is a very excellent program to lose weight. Well it is but it all depends on you the person if that's how you want to lose weight.
You can lose weight by exercising (not too vigorously) and having a well balanced diet
No. It becomes smaller as well.
I'm going to assume you are female, for most of us have this problem. It is due to our metabolism, mentrual cycles and emotions. These things make it harder for women to lose weight, or at least, lose weight where we want to lose weight. You could try crunches for your stomach and lunges/squats for your behind. That really will make a difference. And ofcourse you have to eat right as well.
