It is highly recommended to do both at the same time for ease of being under the car to remove the drain plug with the filter being right there. If the oil is really clean when you remove it you could get an extra oil change out of the filter but the deals that you get for changing both are alot better than changing them separately.
Change the filter on your furnace, its location is usually well marked. The numbers on the filter (such as 25X10X1) is the size of filter. Always replace with the same size.
You will need to remove trans. oil pan and replace filter. Also replace seal and change fluid at the same time. www.nationalautoinc.com
Change the filter at the same time and you will need 5 quarts.
No, change your air filter every 30,000 miles.
The typical change interval is every 12000 miles. I change the air filter and cabin filter at the same time.
The drain plug under the crankcase is for removing the old oil during an oil change. Always change the oil filter at the same time.
1997 Toyota Camry does not have a cabin air filter. - It does not have an cabin filter, BUT the filter box is the same as the Lexus ES300 that HAS a cabin filter. BUT the 4th gen camry's had sealed the slot that had the cabin filter, Modifications is needed http://www.clublexus.com/forums/es300-and-es330/168680-es300-a-c-or-cabin-filter-change-97-01-a.html Same rules apply, except you need to cut where they sealed it up (will be covered by a cover*) *that you need to salvage off a 3rd gen camry or the ES300
No because oil filter i meant for oil to go on the filter air filter does not need oil
If it is like the Pt Cruiser (same chassis) it is located in the fuel tank. You have to drop the tank to change the filter.
primary filter is on the inside of fram rail below driver floor board and has a 36mm nut on the cap the secondary filter is to the driver side of oilfilter top center of engine. change bottom filter then start truck and let run a minute and shut it off before you change the top filter it makes it easer to get the truck restarted after letting air in system. keep dirt out of system they do not like it at all. always change both filters at same time and per book .
If its the same as the C240...The cabin air filter is located over the battery
