Yes Beacause You Burn Fat More
If you want to lower your weight and watch what you eat you can watch how many calories are in the foods you eat. The less calories you eat and the more you burn during exercise and the more weight you will lose.
Yes! If you eat you take in calories. If you exercise, you burn calories. The problem is that many people eat too much and exercise too little.
That medicine is called, "Exercise more, and eat fewer calories than you burn".
Eat celery. You burn more calories digesting it than you gain from consuming it.
Don't exercise and eat like a fatA$s.
The true way to lose weight is to watch what you eat. If you do that even before excercising you will notice weight loss. 80% of weight loss contributes to eating well and only 20% to exercise. If you exercise religiously but eat poorly you will never get anywhere.
Exercise and eat healthy. Eat fewer calories, exercise more. Burn more calories than you consume. DO NOT throw up to lose weight. You will cause serious physical and psychological damage to yourself.
You can burn them of later- but don't forget!:-)
The key to weight lossis to eat and then exercise. You most likely want to eat a good healthy amount of food and then exercise after a half hour. A good idea would be to do cardio and crunches because it helps get the body in shape and it burns a lot of calories.
Exercise, eat healthy, make sure to burn more calories than you take in, and drink plenty of water.
ok to lose weight u need to burn more calories then you are consuming.. if you eat 1200 calories and only burn 100 then your total for that day is still +1100 . see what i mean? so you must burn an amount greater then 1200 calories in order to lose weight.. i dotn know how to measure calories burned but i would guess about 2 hours exercise a day would be enough
not unless you eat more calories than you burn off while excercising.
