Nope, but you need to have a line going to your charcoal canister, PCV, EGR (from carb to temp valve, and then to EGR), heat riser, brake booster, distributor (vacuum advance), vent/heater "black ball", and possibly transmission if you have an automatic. Most all of those are full vacuum so any manifold or carb base port would work.
