Ingredients:
1/2 cup green onions, cut into 1/2-inch lengths
1 to 2 hot green chili peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 cup packed cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Preparation:
Drop green onions, chilies, ginger and garlic through feed tube of food processor with motor running. Stop machine and add cilantro, oil, lime juice, salt, sugar and cumin; process until cilantro is finely chopped.

There are people who love cilantro and people who hate it; if you don't like the taste of cilantro you are certainly free to use parsley to replace it, in any recipe.
Recipies that feature chutney as an ingredient are orange chutney over pork chops, sea scallops over leeks with mango curry chutney sauce, and apricot-pineapple chutney over baked chicken. Chutney is mostly used as a sauce and tends to have more of a jelly-like consistency.
If the recipe calls for coriander seeds, cumin and caraway seeds are good substitutes. If the leaves of coriander is what is required for the recipe, this is also known as cilantro. In this case, fresh parsley can be used as a substitute.
Try using parsley leaves instead
I asked this question to a Chuck-A-Rama employee and also asked if they would share the recipe and was told (quite rudely)... No! It is cilantro added to a normal ranch dressing recipe with lime juice squeezed into it.
Just pick off about a teaspoon or tablespoon worth of the leaves, but if you like cilantro than add a bit more, it's just an estimate. Make the recipe to your liking.
While cilantro and parsley are different herbs, many different sources indicate that cilantro can be used as a substitute for parsley. Those same sources indicate that chervil is the best substitute; so, if you have any chervil, you might want to use that instead. The measurements appear to be the same. In other words, if your recipe calls for 1 tsp. of parsley, you would use 1 tsp. of cilantro or 1 tsp. of chervil.
i am not sure they say it is not confirmed but the two main ingredients are alcohol and cilantro the rest are regular ingredients

Use 1/3 or 1/2 of the fresh amount. So, if the recipe calls for 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, you use 1/3 or 1/2 teaspoon of dried.
You can try this recipe: 2 pkg Top Ramen 1/4 c of fresh cilantro 1 regular lime Boil the Ramen. Cut seasoning package into it then add the cilantro and lime. You can chop the cilantro or simply pick off the leaves.
