It would be quite fantastic to be born without some degree of sexual desire, or maybe an accomplishment never seen before. Privacy matters a great deal for successful couples that mate from year to year. Animals cannot afford it and they are not concerned about such labels as communism or socialism. Being born with a mere 10 percent of sexual potency is not really the same as being born with a 90. The impulse that reigns within you is not of anybody's knowledge until they can make an outside estimate from your public attendance to their social engagements such as schools, recreational places, ballrooms, etc.
Well, of course they have the moral and ethical obligations inherent in being human, in being citizens of a country, and in being leaders. What exactly those obligations are is in question though. Different people have different opinions about it.
Computers are both limitless and severely restricted. They can do whatever they are programed to do no matter what the task is so long as they have the hardware necessary and instructions on how to do it. On the other hand they are limited because they can only do what they are instructed to do and are currently incapable of teaching themselves, as well as being able to make the moral not simply logical decisions that humans can.
