As a sufferer of vitiligo I can say YES it does. Everyone if different but for me I am very sensitive to the sun and even heat and cold from the oven or the fridge. It is very painful sometimes as I tend to burn very bad and I have to be cautious because we are at a higher risk of skin cancer.
