Ride? or Drive? Legally, anyone that has a driver's license and takes the additional motorcycle endorsement (test) can drive a motorcycle. Rules about how to get a motorcycle endorsement vary in every state. Riding a motorcycle technically requires permission from your parents until you turn 18. Your parents are legally responsible for all your actions until you turn 18.
In California, its legally permitted to carry motorcycles without fenders as only trikes or four wheeler vehicles are bound to have fenders over them.
Yes you can, but you need a motorcycle license.
It depends on the state and their laws. I know that it is legal in California.
Depending on what particular state do you live. Here in California, You can ride a motorcycle w/ a learner's permit ONLY on days and NO passengers and only on your local roads and No freeways.
No special conditions at all. If weather allows car traffic, you can ride a bike. But this is a muddled question. Legally, bikes are usually required to have brakes, and if ridden after dark, reflectors and lights. ANd there are some types of roads where you're not allowed to ride.
Yes that's why they have reflectors on them.
Yes you cannot ride it legally though, unless it's offroad :(
a 125cc, but you need to be a holder of a CBT certificate to legally ride one.
