The battery is located under the air cleaner, in front of the rf tire. You will have to remove the air cleaner and inner fender liner to access.

its not a fun job. from underneath the hood between the engine and fire wall is the back side of the inner tie rod. there is a bolt with a safety locking tab you have to bend out to loosen the bolt from the rack. jaybird1980
remove right front tire. rf inner fender liner, then you can get to the battery

In the lower front corner of the front fender. It is accessed by removing the tire and a battery access door panel in the inner fender well.
you have the rack and pinion, also known as the steering gear, and you have inner and outer tie rods on each side, and you also have the power steering pump and hoses
