Before you sign anything, be aware of the fact, that the VA might subtract any medical insurance from services rendered. Another words, a vet that is pennyless won't be charged anything...especially if service connected.
But a veteran that has all those different types of medical insurances (no matter what their name is), VA treatment might very well deduct their services from those other services. Another words...they'll be no "double dipping."
