No of course not you can't even start a new game on the Nintendo ds.
All you need is a game.
If you have the UK version of action replay:
You put in action replay then wait till its on the menu of action replay
Now Take out the action replay and put in the game you want to cheat on and then it
will be there.However if you have not activated the I.D of the game then you won't be able to cheat on it.You can get the I.d of games on the internet.
If you have the US version of action replay:
You put in the action replay and then put the game in the slot on top of the action replay
and then it will be there.However if you have not activated the I.D of the game then you won't be able to cheat on it.You can get the I.d of games on the internet.
