Do you know why sonogram is showing no signs of pregnancy in uterus when pregnancy test comes out positive Maybe I am to early into pregnancy because I had unprotected sex on July 11 and 13.?

There are a few reasons that this could happen: 1) You were pregnant within the last 12 weeks and you still have the hormones circulating in your blood (either just delivered a baby, had a miscarriage, or an abortion). 2) You have what is called a "chemical pregnancy" where your body starts the work of being pregnant by making the hormones (which causes a positive pregnancy test) but never actually starts making the embryo. 3) You are pregnant but the embryo has implanted outside of your uterus (like in your fallopian tube) - this is called an ectopic pregnancy and is very dangerous. If you start having abdominal pain this is a symptom of this type of pregnancy - CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY! 4) Some medications can cause increases in your HCG level (the pregnancy hormone). 5) There are medical disorders that may cause increased HCG levels. 6) The ultrasound machine had poor resolution and the technician was unable to see your tiny embryo (not the likely cause - but a possibility). You should talk to your doctor so that he/she can determine what the cause is for you.

Usually sonograms are not done until 8 weeks of pregnancy. Did you do the home test or blood test? If you are still concerned, ask your doctor for a blood pregnancy test.
If I had 4 positive urine pregnancy tests and I went to the doctor and he couldn't find anything in the sonogram he administered so he had me do a blood test could 4 home pregnancy tests be wrong?
yes the home pregnancy test is wrong because accuracy wise the blood test for pregnancy which more clinics and hospitals use is more accurate than urine test for pregnancy which is the one frequently used in home pregnancy test or the quick kit test for pregnancy.

my advice would be to wait roughly 3 weeks after you have had unprotected sex to try a home pregnancy test. if it is positive you have your answer. if the test reads negative dont worry about it wait another week and take another
