No. The boot replaces or is worn instead of a cast.
Take the child to a hospital. It will need to be x-rayed, and a doctor will then decide. It may need a plaster cast, or a multi strap boot.

It means that you are currently using a file or files on the hard drive you are trying to format. If you are trying to format your primary drive you will need to boot to a boot disk - not the C: drive. For most versions of windows you will will need to make the boot disk(s) (an option under My Computer) and boot to those disks rather than your hard drive.
But you need a re-BOOT! :)
Remove the individual coil packs located under the chrome fuel rails, just above the valve covers. Directley under the coil will be a spark plug boot, remove the boot & spark plug will be set into the hole. Will need about a 6" extention with a 5/8" spark plug socket to access.

Basically you would need an operating system. To elaborate, you will need a bootable image that can be loaded by a bootloader.
You need to change your BIOS boot settings to boot from CD/DVD not floppy.
