I have a 97 Impreza, and it should have 3 catalytic converters, but I took one off, and never put it back on, and my car runs just fine, so my answer is don't worry about it.
You may need to replace the radiator thermostat and gasket.
If you intend to raise boost to about 1.2 bar (generally recognised as the maximum safe boost) you will need a fuel cut defender.
I have a 2008 Subara Impreza. When should i change the timing belt? Do i also need to change the cogs, tension bars and water pump??
You didn't ask a question here but I will assume that you are seeking a source for a wiring diagram for Subaru Impreza. You can purchase complete factory service manuals from sellers on eBay for less than $10. These are in .pdf (Adobe Acrobat) format for your computer and contain complete wiring diagrams. You will need to know the model year of your Impreza.
swap in a wrx engine
Yes. Your low is an H7 and your high is a 9005.
That all depends on where it is leaking. If it is not leaking the hose does not need to be repaired, the problem is elsewhere.
Catalytic converters are failing and need replacement.
Hi, this is a common problem with subaru's - you need to get the cooling system pressure bled - i.e there is air in your cooling system.
Remove the intercooler first. The knock sensor is located under its loation. But you will have to remove some breather pipes to get to it. You will need a long ratchet.
Subaru says 105,000 miles. Far be it for me to contradict the engineers, that sounds like a lot, it's the most I have ever heard of. And it IS an interference engine. If it breaks, the valves will collide with pistons= blown engine
