You can purchase complete factory service manuals from sellers on eBay for less than $10. These are in .pdf (Adobe Acrobat) format for your computer and contain complete wiring diagrams. You will need to know the model year of your Impreza.

The blower motor relay on a 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX is located in the exterior fuse box. The exterior fuse box is located underneath the hood.
On the back of the fuse box case, there is a description of what each fuse is for and what the amperage is supposed to be. There is a small fuse box above the driver's left foot. There's also a main fuse relay next to the battery.

The daytime running light (DRL) module on a 2000 Subaru Impreza is located in the engine compartment. It is on the right side as you are facing the windshield near the main fuse box.
