waterproof glue ANS 2 - First, dump the water or put it in something else, then dry the jar and glue your toy in with a silicone glue like Gloozit, Goop, Shoe Goop or simply 100 % silicone. It only has the silicone holding the lens. There is no "plastic" frame around the lens and instead it only uses the silicone of the mask to hold the lens. The benefit to these masks is they can be smaller with a lower volume. This allows less water to be in it to clear (if completely flooded) as well as fitting easier into a pocket to be used as a backup mask - which is one reason the are popular with technical divers. For a recreational diver it is neither a plus nor a negative and just choose a mask that fits you best.

Most people don't think of antifreeze as a lubricant, but it can be use as one in short term operations. Take a silicone polished table top and place water on top of this in a small focal area. Look at the silicone repel the water. That water that beads up sits on top of the silicone. In light mass systems the mass would float on top of the silicone. This is the ideal lubricant for very light masses. Keeping the water in place is the problem. As a general lubricant water and antifreeze are not used, but don't spray silicone on the floor and the spill water. It's slicker than silicone by itself.
