If it is not a clear red color, yes.
If your wallet is too fat and making you lean to one side, thus giving you a backache, then go ahead, spend some of the smaller bills on a Power Steering flush.
Flush it
You need to flush the power steering fluid on a 2003 Toyota Highlander every two to three years. You should check the fluid levels weekly.
You will screw your steering system. You need to flush steering system ASAP. And of course do not drive with engine oil in steering.
Read the owners manual. It has that information.
There is no power steering fluid in alto lxi because it use electric power steering.... A electrical motor used for power steering so there is no need of fluid.
I would not
regular power steering fluid is all you need.
power steering fluid. power steering fluid. power steering fluid.
On newer corsas the power steering is all Electronic so it doesn't need power steering fluid.
no
yes, but only when you totally renew all your p/s fluid. depending on the age of the old fluid, small deposits from your pump wearing over time will be floating about in the fluid.
I'll be civilized and answer this. The power steering pump is a hydraulic pump that needs fluid to pump so it can move the power steering gear. Simpler said no fluid no power steering. Hope you are not offended.
