If you are outside the United States and want to work here you need an H1B visa. To get one of those, an employer has to be able to prove that they have looked as hard as they can locally, but they cannot find what they need in the local employment pool. If you meet the job requirements, the company can sponsor your H1B application, but you will only be able to work for that company. If it goes out of business, or you are fired, your visa is no good.
