remove the caps at the end of the wiper arms. Unscrew the nut holding down the arm and it should come off.

The gap on the plugs might not be gapped properly.
detach the neg and positive take oput the screw that holds it down remove it and put the new one in same as you took it out

You use a funnel and pour it down the dipstick tube.
You will have to remove the entire dash to replace. There are screws that are only accessable if the dash is on the ground and upside down.
You simply pull the covering off around the top and down the sides. There are a few clips that you have to remove. To remove the light bulbs you have to turn them a 1/4 turn to get them to come out. It took me about 5 minutes.
check you crankshaft positon sensor and or egr valve
Get down under the stereo. You should see screws angled up towards the stereo. If not you have one of those panels that just pops off. SCrewdriver should work. And I mean the drink not the tool.
P0300 : Multiple cylinder misfire. see related questions below. Look up TSB-09-05-00. The intake plenum gasket may have failed, causing the intake to suck oil from the upper engine into the cylinders. remove throttle body and look down intyo the intake and check for oil. if there is oil, replace the plenum gasket. the TSB has the procedure. This is very specific to the 98-99 durango.
The battery is under the passenger front seat. Put the seat in the full forward position and remove the cover over the battery. You can than undo the cables and hold down bolt. the battery will now lift out.
