I would think so, because there are two of them mixed together. Air in a scuba tank or anywhere else should be heterogeneous. A scuba tank filled with either oxygen or nitrogen would be homogeneous.
It could be a clogged fuel filter. It is located in the rear just in front of the gas tank.
The oil filter on Polaris Predator is found next to the oil tank and drain. This is usually covered and there are three bolts are on the cover.

On top of the engine. You have to remove the fuel tank to gain access. Not a lot of fun.
