As far as I know, all automatic transmissions get filled through the dipstick tube.

Thru the transmission dip stick. use a funnel to get the fluid into the dipstick tube and check to make sure you do not overfill.

You can find the 2005 Toyota transmission fluid dipstick on the left-hand side of the transmission. The transmission fluid dipstick will have a blue handle.
