yes and no.The screws and fastners will likely not be identical and/or indenticaly located the same on the different year models.It's rare that a rear window motor should go out(they just don't get the use the drivers front window gets).Have someone 'bang' on the door panel in the motor area while you activate the switch from the drivers door(and try from the rear door as well) to see if that makes it begin to work.If that doesn't help i might suspect the wiring ( check in jamb where it runs from body to door) I've seen this a number of times especially at drivers door where wiring 'breaks' over time from simply opening/closing door(thousands of time over vehicles life) causing wires to eventually split/crack/and/or break.

Check the fuse box for blown fuses.
Check the hose coming out of the conditioner. It's a common failture for your camry.
Remove it and see if it rattles when you shake it. A new one costs less than $10.00 so just replace it.
