Yes. Protein does not diminish the nutritional value of fruits and/or vegetables.
Fruit are basically the carriers. They carry vitamins and nutrition. Your mouth is like the base, the house, castle. When you eat the fruit, it is like depositing the vitamins and nutrition into your stomach, which is the vault.
Eggs is something healthy to eat. Eggs have a lots of protein in them.
in my opinion the way we can be healthier in terms of exercise and nutrition is to eat a lot of protein and carbs
I doubt it makes a difference in your life. I have to eat fruit before breakfast, while my friend its fruit after breakfast. As long as you eat fruit, its all good. But possibly you get more nutrition from the fruit when you eat it before breakfast.
If you were only going to eat fruit and vegetables for a long period of time (even a week), you wouldn't be getting all the nutrition you need. Your body still needs protein and iron and all that good stuff. Your body even needs a daily amount of fat! (Not a lot of fat, just a bit). My best guess if you were to only eat fruit and vegetables (like a vegetarian), would be to find the ones with all the nutrition and vitamins you need. Or, you may even have to take some supplement pills.
Yes, dead skin has protein in it that can be reused
VEGGIES, FRUIT, AND PELLETS. THEY EVEN EAT THERE POOP FOR PROTEIN.
Children 2-3 years old should eat at least 1 cup of veggies per day. It's the same with fruit too. They should have 2 ounces of protein per day.
yes of course combination of protein and carbohydrates work better but it is better to eat fruit first then yogurt
Anything you want to eat, but the best thing is fruit, and a lean source of protein about 30 minutes before you work out
Yes, that could be quite healthy. Of course, the specific quantities and recipes of what you are eating still matters. But it is promising.
For the best nutrition, make sure to have a variety of different foods. Fruits, vegetables, proteins, and iron are all needed on a daily basis. Don't cut out things like carbohydrates thinking they are bad because they are not necessarily bad for you. It is the portion size that is the issue. Try to eat one carb, with a fruit or vegetable, protein and iron at each meal.
