It really depends on how often you use flea or worming treatment on your cat. Generally speaking, you only need to worm twice a year if it is an adult cat, and some flea treatments advise to use their treatments once a month, although some owners will only use flea treatments once every couple of months.
Essentially, it doesn't really matter what treatment you use first on your cat.

You really should never have to DE worm rabbit unless it has been out running on the ground and eating grass from the ground. But if you need to worm a rabbit just get cat worm-er and use that!

Revolution, however, is treated by squirting it right in between the cat's shoulder blades. With Revolution you do not have to worry about the cat licking it off themselves, it will not harm them in any way. For De-worming, you can get it at the vet, or at an animal shelter.

Some things that kittens need are water, obviously. They also need food. Good quality food that has lots of good meat sources and no grains/cereals help kittens grow and develop. Cat biscuits are not really a requirement but ideal for young kittens to nibble on if you are out of the house most of the day. Biscuits are often full of grains such as corn, wheat and sugars and soy which do not provide any goodness to a cat. Young kittens usually get fed three to five times a day - but when they get older they can get fed two times a day. Also when your kitten is very small it won't want to eat chunky meat, so it is best to mash it up with a fork. If you are buying dry food to suppliment their meat diet, make sure to get kitten biscuits, not adult cat biscuits - kitten biscuits are more suited to a kitten's small mouth. A kitten will also need alot of love, especially on its first few nights. It will probably cry in the night if it isn't sleeping on your bed. If you can't play with it in the day, you will want to get it a few cat toys, as kittens are very playful. Kittens - and cats - need to get de-flead and de-wormed regularly. You can either take the cat to the vet or do a simple "test" at home. To do the "test", buy a flea comb. Put your cat on a white sheet on the floor. Comb your cat, looking at the comb as you slowly drag it through and out of the fur. If a flea is on the comb, press your thumb nail against the flea until you feel and hear a "pop" sound. You will notice a slight amount of blood, because fleas drink blood from the host and when you hear the "pop" sound you have broken the flea's body. If you do not see any fleas, the final part of the test is to set the cat to the side and look for small bits of black "dirt". Flea excrement contains microscopic flea eggs which hatch, jump to a warm host, and begin the life cycle all over again. Because cats use their mouths and teeth to bite itchy places on their skin, they ingest some of the flea excrement that contains eggs. In the intestines, these eggs hatch and become worms. Additionally, cats with fleas almost certainly have ear mites. Use a flashlight and look down into the cat's ears until you see the area with folds. The entire ear canal should be a healthy pink. You will need to buy house flea treatments and remove your cat or other animals, children, and adults from the house for many hours. Set off the flea "bombs" and exit the house with all doors and windows closed. If the house is infested, you may need to re-bomb another time, several weeks later when the next eggs hatch into babies and look for a warm host.
