There should be separate fuses/relays for the low beams. Check the underhood fuse block located on the firewall. They are all clearly labeled.

No. The head lights have there own fuse under the hood of the car back by the firewall in black square 1x1 box. The tail light fuse is under the dash by the park brake pedal.
If it suddenly stopped working at all speeds, it probably is a blown fuse.
Is it the taillights or the brake lights? If taillights it may be a wiring problem, If brake lights check the switch on the brake pedal
