The MAF sensor is always located in the air duct between the air filter and the throttle body.

The cam sensor is located on the transmission housing near the top close to the firewall.

It is located on top of the transmission next to where is mounts up with the motor
Code 33: Mass air flow (MAF) sensor Signal voltage or frequency is high during engine idle OR Manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor Signal voltage is high during engine idle. Engine misfire or unstable idle may cause this code.
my book says for your year, 21 is Throttle position high, 22 is Throttle position low, 33 is manifold absolute pressure (map) high or mass air flow (maf)sensor high. But my 92 safari doesn't have a mass air flow sensor, just a MAP. I'd change the TPS (throttle positiion sensor) first then clear your codes and see if you still get another code 33 before buying both. The TPS malfunstion can sometimes cause a 33 or 34 code and a MAP is around $50.

code 33 is for the exhaust gas sensor (also known as the O2 sensor) if the computer is coding a 33 it does need to be changed. You can also uplug the sensor at the connector and if the truck runs better that's a good indication that the sensor is bad. The connector is on the passanger side fender wall with about 3 other connectors and it is on the bottom of the group with 3 wires running to the sensor.
