I currently own a 91 soch, but this is my second Stealth. My first was a 92 es dohc,,yes they have ECS. I had to replace it in mine.
bad coil pack... replace coil pack
NO it's not a turbo, it has a 222horsepower DOHC motor.
yes as long as the engines of both cars were both the same engine. IE: both were SOHC. Or both were DOHC.
No , the DOHC engine is not an interference engine ( but the SOHC is an interference engine ) in a 2002 Dodge Stratus 2.4 liter
3.0 sohc looks small in compartment and transmission sets on left side. 3.0 dohc is much larger and has 2 belts running the cams
Yes
i had mine buried at 160 and still climbing at 5200 rpm
First of all the 3.0 in the Dodge Caravan is not a DOHC engine, but is SOHC. The DOHC 3.0 is installed in the Dodge Stealth. But the firing order is the same on either engine. It is as simple as it gets. 1-2-3-4-5-6 Look at the link to the right for a diagram.
96-99 dodge neon dohc and 1995 fits by changing upper intake
It comes stock with a 222 horsepower. Most people believe it had the same engine as all of the dodge stealth's produced but they are wrong. The dodge stealth had 160 horsepower SOHC in their base model and the 3000GT had a 222 horsepower DOHC in their base model. However, in 1997 they started to make SOHC 3000GT's and then they had the same horspower base models.
It is an interference engine
