There might be C language interpreters, but they have no or minimal importance in actual programming.
compiler is a software translator used in ProgrammingLanguage: C,C++, Java etc ). This used for to translate High level language to Machine independent language. Interpreter is used to translate source code to machine code by line by line.
a compiler translates an entire program and then executes it while an interpreter translates and executes one line of a program at time
"BASIC" is not a program, it is a programming language. A particular BASIC-interpreter or IDE may have been written in a high level language, maybe even in BASIC (C is more plausible though).
A computer does not execute a program in a high level language. A computer executes a program in machine language. The high level language is converted into machine language by a compiler. Alternatively, an interpreter executes on the computer in machine language and the interpreter executes the high level language.
an interpreter Many flavors of BASIC could run as interpreters. One advantage is that it is possible for an interpreter's program to actually modify itself as it runs.
C++ is a compiled language, not an interpreted language.

yes, java is high level language because to run it we requires jvm interpreter. In case of c language there is no need to interpret it...
An interpreter for the deaf is called a sign language interpreter. They help facilitate communication between people who use sign language and those who do not.
A person who does sign language is called a "sign language interpreter" if they are interpreting between spoken language and sign language, or a "sign language user" if they communicate primarily through sign language.
It is easy to tell: there is no interpreter for C and C++, they are compiled languages.
to have a better unde3rstanding of the patient culture and beliefs.
A strict interpreter must change every word from the speakers language to the listeners language. A loose interpreter has more liberty to relay the message in the most efficient way without concern of every word.
I think the question is wrong. It should be compiler vs interpreter. compiler reads the progem in c/c++ convert it to machine code (object code) and then loader loads it in the memory to run in the supervision of OS. Interpreter reads one line of the code executes it and then reads the next and runs and so on. compiler only creates executables, it doesn't run them while interpreter runs them.
Language processors are language translation software like assembler, interpreter and compiler
The AWK programming language is a Unix based programming language, and is sometimes considered as a pseudo-C interpreter. It is mainly used for sifting through and organizing large amounts of data at one time.
