It's wet all the time... and is cold a lot... But can be sunny occasionally... But it never gets that hot....

We get a lot of Indian summers... especially in the lake district....

And there was an earthquake not long ago...

The English Climate is mild. I remember learning it geography about 10 years ago!!

Oddly enough, it does. Weather conditions in the UK are largely driven by the northern occilation of the Gulf Stream.
