I personally think that all of Gandhi's movements helped too starta lot of independent movements in different areas of the world. Although I cannot answer the exact question that is asked, I do believe that it probably did have a part in the Vietnam's independent movement. Gandhi's work had to have some kind of effect on the people in Vietnam. Even though it may have just had an effect on a few of the people in Vietnam, those few people may have talked to there friends about it and therefor stirred something up, causing the independent movement in Vietnam.
